Mp3 Samples

All mp3 samples are taken from the items themselves. They are, however, heavilly compressed for streaming and their quality obviously does not reflect that of the original track.
Mp3 samples from vinyl tracks are 1 minute long and taken from minutes 2:00 to 3:00.
Mp3 samples from CD tracks are 45 seconds long and taken from minutes 1:00 to 1:45.

Condition

Due to the nature of second hand records some items may contain wear, such as surface scratches or less than brand new covers. However, this should not affect the playability of the record.

Payment

We accept all the major card types - Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro (formerly Switch) and Solo.

Security

We use Secure Hosting to process all of our online transactions. We also use 128 bit encryption on our servers to keep your details safe and secure.

Returns

If you have received items directly from Second Hand Vinyl that you are unhappy with, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to us within 14 days and we will make every effort to replace them for you.
If a replacement cannot be offered, we will refund your credit/debit card or you can choose to have a replacement item to the same value.

If you have bought items from one of our affiliates and you are not happy with it, please contact the affiliate directly by using the links on your email or on your menu once you've logged in to your account.

Availability

Here at Second Hand Vinyl, we go to great lengths to ensure that everything shown on our website as available to buy is actually in stock. However, due to the number of items that go in and out of our warehouse every day, it is possible that some of our vinyl can occasionally be listed as in stock when it isn't. In such cases the purchaser will be notified as soon as the discepency is detected and a refund given.
